This is an entry-level, hands-on position designed to build foundational experience and prepare you for advancement into roles such as Project Manager or Superintendent.Project Engineers gain exposure to all phases of construction, from preconstruction through closeout, while supporting both field operations and project management teams. Time on the job site is an essential component of this role to ensure well-rounded development.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Field SupportAssist the Superintendent with coordination of on-site labor and daily activitiesParticipate in project meetings including subcontractor, Owner-Architect-Contractor, and pre-installation meetingsMaintain accurate project documents and drawings both on-site and in project management systemsPrepare daily field reports, weekly progress reports, manpower tracking, and production logsAssist with development of short-term look-ahead schedulesSupport site logistics and phasing plan developmentProcurement & DocumentationManage submittal collection, tracking, review, and distributionDraft and track RFIs to clarify design and scope issuesCreate and maintain procurement logs and material delivery schedulesMonitor material quantities and report discrepanciesMaintain accurate as-built drawingsComplete O&M manuals and turnover documentationQuality, Safety & CloseoutSupport site-specific safety program implementation in coordination with the Safety ManagerObtain OSHA 30-hour certificationParticipate in QA/QC planning and complianceAssist with punch list creation, tracking, and executionFacilitate and document Owner training sessionsSupport project completion schedules and closeout processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailTechnologically proficient; experience with Procore or similar software is a plusAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsSelf-motivated with a strong desire to learn and growProfessional demeanor and ability to represent Landmark positivelyLandmark Builders is an EEO employer.Landmark Builders offers competitive salaries and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
