Job Description
The Project Engineer will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all projects are built according to drawings and specifications
- Managing the distribution and coordination of RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensuring all material orders are properly executed
- Maintaining daily project documentation and paperwork
- Tracking project schedules and meeting key deadlines
- Maintaining workflow and strong relationships with subcontractors
- Organizing and maintaining field documents (drawings, specifications, etc.)
- Coordinating subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Actively participating in company training sessions
- Ensuring site superintendents maintain clean and safe job sites
The Successful Project Engineering Applicant will have:
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field
- At least 1+ year of experience working for a General Contractor
- Experience working on projects in occupied spaces (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
The Project Engineer will receive:
- Base Salary: $75,000-$95,000 - based on experience
