Project Engineer - Commercial - Las Vegas

Our client is seeking a Project Engineer with 3-5 years of commercial construction experience to support high-profile industrial and distribution center projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to project management, client coordination, scheduling, and field operations within a highly entrepreneurial environment.

Description

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents throughout all phases of construction projects.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Assist with project scheduling, planning, and coordination activities.
• Track project budgets, costs, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Utilize Procore and other technology platforms to maintain project records and reporting.
• Participate in Lean Construction initiatives and pull-planning sessions.
• Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Support industrial, warehouse, logistics, and distribution center construction projects.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Profile

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar construction management role.
• Experience working on commercial, industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution center projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and project coordination.
• Familiarity with construction management software, preferably Procore.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with increased responsibility and autonomy.
• Desire to grow into Project Management, Senior Project Management, or Operations leadership roles.
• Must be located in or open to relocating to the Las Vegas area.
