    The Opportunity: Project Engineer


    Location: Connecticut


    Reports to: President


    Overview

    Established platform with a strong track record, deep relationships, and meaningful opportunity for continued growth. The team is building on a history of quality execution while expanding its capacity to take on more complex work.


    Position Overview

    Work closely with leadership and project teams to help organize, coordinate, and execute important initiatives from start to finish. This person will bring structure, judgment, and follow-through to a fast-moving environment.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Support planning, coordination, and execution
    • Review key information and clarify requirements
    • Coordinate communication across teams and partners
    • Maintain documentation, updates, and reporting
    • Track timelines, budgets, progress, and open items
    • Help keep teams aligned and accountable
    • Identify issues and support practical solutions
    • Strengthen day-to-day communication and follow-through
    • Support quality, safety, and client expectations
    • Help improve internal processes and operating habits
    • Build trusted relationships across the team
    • Bring sound judgment to daily decisions


    Qualifications

    High-potential professional with strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Experience in complex project-based settings, military leadership, or operationally demanding roles is highly relevant.


    Work Environment

    On-site leadership role in Connecticut, with regional travel as needed.


    Compensation

    Base salary of $150K plus performance-based bonus and benefits.
