Project Engineer
An established leader in real estate development and construction management that is recognized for its collaborative approach, innovative problem-solving, and commitment to delivering complex projects with excellence, efficiency, and long-term impact is looking to add a Project Engineer to their growing team. This individual will be essential to their work/projects and long-term growth of the organization!
Job Description
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals and specifications are met.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily logs.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with design documents.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Support problem-solving efforts on-site, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
- Track project milestones and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Construction Management (or related field)
- 2+ years of Project Engineer experience at a general contractor.
- Experience working on multifamily and/or residential projects.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Procore (or similar platforms).
- Must be a self-motivated individual who works independently and excels in a fast-paced environment.
