This role provides technical leadership and execution support for manufacturing and engineering projects that improve process readiness, scale‑up, and operational performance.QualificationsBS or MS in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Industrial, or Ceramic Engineering or another related engineering discipline.3–5+ years of engineering experience or related technical experience.Strong problem‑solving, project management, and financial analysis skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.Preferred Qualifications3+ years of manufacturing experience.2+ years of program/project management experience.Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.Project Management certification.Lean manufacturing training.Travel15–20% within North America, with possible international travel depending on assignment.Compensation RangeSalary range: $97,542.00‑$134,121.00 (full‑time).
