    We’re searching for a talented and driven Project Engineer to join our team!

    Your Day-to-Day:

    • Collaborate with Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget
    • Manage submittals, RFIs, and buyout process alongside Project Manager
    • Submit PCOs for review and approval
    • Download updated drawings from GC programs
    • Provide FBO inventory for projects, including site visits
    • Prepare special reports as requested by PM
    • Respond promptly to daily emails
    • Use construction software as needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    What You’ll Bring to the Table:

    • Associate’s degree or 2+ years administrative experience
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
    • Strong task prioritization and timely completion skills
    • Maintains confidentiality, open to new ideas, and adaptable
    • Clear and persuasive oral communication; skilled in presentations and meetings
    • Accurate written communication with good editing and data interpretation
    • Detail-oriented with strong quality control
    • Adaptable to changing environments and competing demands
    • Reliable, punctual, follows instructions, and seeks feedback
    • Bilingual Spanish speaker a plus
