Magnum Electric is seeking a Project Engineer to support electrical construction projects (including large-scale data centers). This role partners with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen to keep projects organized, documented, and moving—covering submittals, RFIs, procurement tracking, change management support, and coordination.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Warehouse Management:Support PMs with day-to-day project administration and field coordinationManage and log RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and closeout documentsTrack materials/equipment procurement, lead times, and deliveries; coordinate with vendorsAssist with change order documentation (scope, pricing support, backups)Maintain accurate project files: meeting minutes, transmittals, correspondence, logsCoordinate drawings/specs distribution; help ensure the field is working from current documentsAssist with schedule updates, look-ahead planning, and progress reportingParticipate in project meetings and communicate action items to stakeholdersSupport quality and safety documentation as requiredGeneral Requirements :4+ years in electrical construction OR applicable degree/experienceStrong organization, communication, and follow-throughProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); comfort with document controlAble to read construction drawings and specifications (willing to learn if newer)Preferred Requirements :Electrical construction experience (commercial/industrial/data center)Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk/BIM, or similar platformsBasic understanding of estimating, takeoffs, or cost trackingReady to connect?
