Summary Magnum Electric is seeking a Project Engineer to support electrical construction projects (including large-scale data centers). This role partners with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen to keep projects organized, documented, and moving-covering submittals, RFIs, procurement tracking, change management support, and coordination. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Warehouse Management: Support PMs with day-to-day project administration and field coordination Manage and log RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and closeout documents Track materials/equipment procurement, lead times, and deliveries; coordinate with vendors Assist with change order documentation (scope, pricing support, backups) Maintain accurate project files: meeting minutes, transmittals, correspondence, logs Coordinate drawings/specs distribution; help ensure the field is working from current documents Assist with schedule updates, look-ahead planning, and progress reporting Participate in project meetings and communicate action items to stakeholders Support quality and safety documentation as required General Requirements: 4+ years in electrical construction OR applicable degree/experience Strong organization, communication, and follow-through Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); comfort with document control Able to read construction drawings and specifications (willing to learn if newer) Preferred Requirements: Electrical construction experience (commercial/industrial/data center) Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk/BIM, or similar platforms Basic understanding of estimating, takeoffs, or cost tracking Full-time Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision/Life insurances 401(k) with company match Clothing allowance Paid holidays 4 /10 schedule Monday - Thursday
