About the Opportunity (Partnership Opportunity)
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Professional Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to collaborate on a growing portfolio of engineering and design projects. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or highly experienced engineering professional interested in building a long-term working partnership within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proactive mindset to support project execution, client relationships, and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on electrical and/or mechanical engineering projects from concept through completion
- Review, develop, and approve engineering designs, calculations, and technical documentation
- Provide technical leadership and project oversight
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards, and regulations
- Support proposal development, project planning, and business growth initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers and designers as needed
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of engineering design principles, codes, and industry standards
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term partnership opportunities
- Must have experience in MEP design projects.
- AutoCAD proficiency is a MUST.
- MUST be a CURRENT New Jersey Resident.
- Must be a Green Card holder or US Citizen
