What You'll Do
- Support project execution by coordinating daily activities with customers, project stakeholders, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Assist with project scheduling, reporting, inspections, quality tracking, and documentation management
- Track and coordinate materials, tools, equipment, rentals, and shipping and receiving activities
- Monitor project schedules and support field operations to help ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines
- Assist with jobsite safety meetings, inspections, audits, and compliance initiatives
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Payroll, Safety, and Sales teams to support project success
- Review and maintain project records, including weld maps, quality documentation, and third-party resource tracking
- Learn construction methods, field layouts, equipment installation, and project management processes through hands-on experience
- Identify and help resolve project challenges while supporting efficient field execution
What You'll Bring
- Associate degree in a technical field, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent industrial construction experience will also be considered
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across all levels of an organization
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as needed
