The Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager in assigned duties to oversee document and report the daily activities of project staff and workforce.
Essential Duties
Preparation of work scope packages
Change order estimating and development
Project tracking and quality control
Documentation and facilitation of problem solving using the RFI system
Preparation of subcontractor bid packages subcontracts and purchase orders
Qualifications
Strong ability to lead motivate and manage project teams in successful project completion.
Establish accountability for results and develop a positive work environment for every project team member to thrive professionally and personally.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Strong interpersonal and verbalwritten communications skills to effectively communicate with employees customers vendors and subcontractors.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in Timberline project financial software preferred
