Project Engineer, Facilities Construction - FT Days

The Project Engineer provides construction administration, document control, and project coordination support to the Project Managers, Supervisor, and Senior Director. This role is responsible for coordinating HCAI regulatory documentation, construction document processing, consultant coordination, meeting administration, invoice and pay application routing, and maintaining complete project records from initiation through closeout.The position serves as a critical administrative resource for multiple concurrent projects by managing document control systems, maintaining accurate logs, routing approvals, supporting contract and financial documentation, and facilitating timely communication among internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies.PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region.
