This role manages multiple concurrent assessment projects while providing technical engineering oversight for building systems evaluations, equipment deficiency reviews, and technical report development.

The position blends project management, technical leadership, and engineering analysis to ensure accurate, high-quality work products that inform capital improvement strategies—while navigating federal design standards, sustainability requirements, and historic preservation constraints.

  • Perform technical review and quality control for all deliverables
  • Develop detailed work scopes and capital improvement recommendations
  • Evaluate lifecycle costs and benefits for equipment replacement or modernization
  • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment of reports with program objectives
