Position Summary
At Carneros Resort and Spa, the Project Engineer plays a critical role in enhancing the guest and associate experience through the execution of special projects and operational improvements across the resort. This is not a traditional engineering design role; rather, it is a hands-on position responsible for supporting, coordinating, and completing a wide range of property projects, repairs, installations, and operational initiatives.
The Project Engineer serves as a versatile resource within the Engineering team, balancing independent work with collaborative efforts across departments. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, initiative, and attention to detail while helping maintain the overall appearance, functionality, and operational excellence of the resort.
