For Project Engineering services in the Capital Projects area.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 
The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing capital projects in the pharmaceutical industry, experience with manufacturing, packaging processes, and equipment.
- Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communications)
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Support technical design, engineering deliverables, technical reviews, and design change requests.
- Liaise with engineering contractors, equipment vendors, and internal technical SMEs.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL:(The day-to-day on the job)
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Support technical design, engineering deliverables, technical reviews, and design change requests.
- Liaise with engineering contractors, equipment vendors, and internal technical SMEs.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and implement change control procedures to manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget.
- Review and approve change requests, ensuring they are justified and aligned with project objectives.
