Job Description
- Support Project Managers in the day-to-day execution of construction projects
- Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
- Assist with project scheduling, procurement tracking, and subcontractor coordination
- Monitor project progress and help ensure schedules and budgets remain on track
- Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
- Help maintain project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Support field teams to ensure quality, safety, and project objectives are achieved
- Assist in the successful delivery of occupied healthcare renovations, additions, and other commercial projects

The Successful Applicant
- 1-2+ years of experience in construction, construction management, or a related field
- Experience working for a general contractor, construction manager, or subcontractor
- Exposure to commercial construction projects preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
- Healthcare project exposure is a plus but not required
