Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain project schedules. Assist with cost tracking, change management, and budget reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in project planning, site meetings, quality control reviews, and safety initiatives. Help drive successful delivery of complex projects while gaining exposure to self-perform operations and field execution. Experience working for a commercial general contractor preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates humility, coachability, leadership potential, and a desire for a long-term career with one organization.What's on OfferSalary: $78,000-$85,000 base salary plus bonus.
