HES is a proud team of over 20 professionals with the highest industry reputation for expertise and local customer support.Duties/ResponsibilitiesRead and follow project plans and specificationsCreate Bill of Materials for each projectDevelop narratives for the intended function of the projectManage all project documentation per company standards using project management software and project specific requirements.Communicate with customers throughout the design and construction phases of the projects.QualificationsCurrent resident of HawaiiCollege degree in science related field1 to 2 years min experience preferred in construction related field. Design, consulting, engineering, construction management, general contractor.Proficient at MS Office, Adobe Acrobat. CRM, ERP and/or project management software not necessary, but a plus.Ability to read, interpret construction plans.Ability to read, understand, and extract data from contract specifications.Quotation, Purchase Order, and Submittal creation.Ability to communicate with customers, clients, vendors.
