Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule, as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials and maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability, and while complying with our Safety culture of Zero Harm.Essential Functions

Perform other related duties as neededMinimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Construction Management degrees preferred) or equivalent experienceInternship, or equivalent experience, with a commercial general contractorProficiency using a personal computer and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)

Preferred Experience

One to three years of previous work experienceFamiliarity with RFIs, change orders, submittals, and punch-listsPreparing sub-contractor meeting minutes

The base compensation range for the role posted above is $90,000 - $103,000 annually.
