We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Project Engineer to join our team and lead the design and management of complex civil engineering projects.Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of civil engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and assessments to determine project viability.Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.Perform hydraulic and structural analyses as necessary for the design and evaluation of infrastructure projects.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including environmental professionals, construction teams, and surveyors.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.Ensure quality control and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.Engage with clients to understand their project needs and provide technical solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).Professional Engineer (PE) license in PA or the ability to obtain one within 12 months.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on design and project management.In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.Proficiency in engineering software and design tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Proven track record of successfully delivering civil engineering projects.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.This position will be based in our Pottstown, PA office.Corporate Headquarters:159 E.
