We are a long-standing, La Crosse–based general contractor with deep roots in our community and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial and institutional projects. Our work spans healthcare, education, commercial, and community facilities, and we pride ourselves on doing things the right way—with integrity, craftsmanship, and teamwork. As a mid-sized builder, we are large enough to deliver complex projects, yet small enough that every team member’s contribution is visible and valued.

Why join us?

  • Work directly with experienced project managers and superintendents who are committed to mentoring the next generation of construction leaders.
  • Enjoy a collaborative, relationship-driven culture where safety, quality, and doing right by our clients and partners come first.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, with clear opportunities to grow into an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager role as you gain experience.
