Project Engineer

Job Description:

This Project Engineer role supports land development projects through precise engineering drawings, construction layouts, and coordination with survey teams. The position focuses on translating raw land into buildable plots through road, drainage, utility, and grading design work using hands-on AutoCAD expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support surveyors and land development teams with construction layout work.
• Prepare precise engineering drawings for roads, drainage, utilities, and grading.
• Apply AutoCAD to land development projects from planning through detailed design.
• Contribute to civil engineering deliverables tied to site development execution.

MUST HAVES

• Land Development Engineer.
• Hands-on AutoCAD experience applied specifically to land development projects.
• Experience supporting land development workflows including roads, drainage, utilities, grading, or construction layouts.
• Ability to produce precise engineering drawings for land development purposes.
• Experience using AutoCAD engineering specifically for land development.
• Background supporting surveyors and construction layout activities.
• Ability to produce accurate engineering drawings for roads, drainage, utilities, and grading.
• Civil engineering experience aligned with land development workflows.
