Project Engineer- Land Development

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support the Land Development group through the preparation of design aspects of a total work product. This role is not construction management-focused. Main Responsibilities:Engineering focus will be transportation design. Duties and responsibilities for the Project Engineer include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation of designs and reports
• Performing calculations
• CADD/Civil 3D
• Maintain familiarity with applicable WMD, FDEP, local codes, and requirements and ensure compliance
• Communicating with project team(s), clients, and agencies
• Perform site visits as needed
• Attend external meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or agricultural engineering
• Up to three years of experience with transportation design
• Must have the ability to use AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) for design activities
• Must have the ability to obtain PE Registration within five years of graduation
• Must pass mandatory DMV check
