We're looking for a Project Engineer to join our Land Development team in Memphis and contribute to a wide variety of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects across the region.Fisher Arnold is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we require all our new team members to work in a drug free environment and submit to an initial screening.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform design work related to Land Development projects, consisting of single-family residential developments, multi-family residential developments, commercial, industrial and institutional sites, and mixed-use developments, including, but not limited to, site planning and layout, grading and drainage, stormwater management, erosion control, sanitary sewer systems, domestic and fire distribution, roadways, and traffic controlProduce construction plans for land development projects, and work with the team to obtain approvals from jurisdictions having authorityTechnical report writingQUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from ABET accredited University required (master's degree preferred)Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Tennessee, or the ability to become licensed within one (1) year preferredMinimum of Four (4) years responsible experience in performing land development design and plans productionExperience in utilization of Autodesk Civil3D in design and production of site construction plans is a must. Experience in utilization of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel in particular), ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, and other hydrologic software is a plusStrong attention to detail, highly organized work ethicStrong technical writing and computer skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
