Job Details
Summary of Responsibilities
- Assist project teams with subcontract administration, procurement, and project documentation
- Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project correspondence
- Support scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities
- Coordinate communication between field and office teams
- Assist with project closeout documentation and owner turnover packages
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Internship or professional experience in commercial construction preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
