Project Engineer will drive continuous improvement and innovation in TRUMPF's production operations. You will develop and implement cutting-edge manufacturing processes, lead cross-functional projects, and introduce new products to production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment using SYNCHRO methodology

  • Develop project plans, manage teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

  • Collaborate with engineering on product design and manufacturability

  • Monitor quality standards and drive operational excellence

  • Coordinate fixture design and implement standardized procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Welding Engineering or Associates with related work experience

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects

  • Proficiency with MS Office and SAP

  • Leadership skills and proven organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • TRUMPF product familiarity

  • SYNCHRO or lean manufacturing experience

  • Fixture design knowledge
