Background: The client is a pharmaceutical company looking for a Project Engineer for Liquids Manufacturing to help support an ongoing project.

Project: The ideal candidate will have experience with liquids manufacturing equipment such as storage tanks, homogenizers, wet mills, high sheer mixers, CIP systems and purified water systems. The project engineer should have hands on experience with the equipment and analyzing the equipment to improve efficiency and yield, and reduce downtime in support of business objectives. The project engineer will lead new technology implementations and equipment installations, working closely with vendors and providing technical mentoring. This candidate will lead cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, providing clear updates on status, actions, costs, and timelines.

Required Skills:

• Experience with CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems, liquid processing operations, homogenization equipment, and large-scale processing equipment (storage tanks, wet mills, dissolution systems, high sheer mixers)
• Support product launches, new technology implementation and new equipment installations by ensuring system readiness and advising on equipment capabilities and requirements.
