You support our team as Project Engineer arrow_drop_down Responsibilitiesarrow_right Deliver maintenance and engineering support for the Macon facility to ensure optimal operational performance. Lead the installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment, while maintaining and optimizing ongoing machine performance. Ensure strict adherence to Freudenberg safety standards and OSHA regulations, including consistent use of required PPE, to maintain a safe work environment and prevent workplace injuries. Provide leadership and guidance to site mechanics, electricians, and control technicians to drive team performance and accountability. Drive innovation by contributing to the design, development, and continuous improvement of equipment and processes aligned with business objectives.
