Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $81,000 - $121,000 annually. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.

JOB SUMMARY:
Design, plan, coordinate and administer plant capital projects, which will improve plant performance in the areas of facilities/maintenance, operation, cost reduction, quality, safety, and environmental. Develop and recommend improvements in manufacturing methods, layouts, and equipment. Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment problems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
COMPETENCIES:
Business Acumen: Understands the business environment, organizational culture, corporate procedures, and operational priorities.
Leadership and Collaboration: Communicates effectively, builds relationships, influences stakeholders, manages priorities, solves problems, and supports team performance.
Project and Technical Execution: Plans and manages budgets, scope, schedules, resources, risk, quality, change, SHES requirements, commissioning, documentation, and project controls.
QUALIFICATIONS:
WORKING CONDITIONS: Large Campus Manufacturing Environment with indoor and outdoor work requirements. While performing the duties of this job you will be occasionally exposed to moderate noise, varying light levels, temperature changes, potential for various equipment hazards moving campus vehicles, etc.
