Design, develop, and improve customer products or equipment technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and system control issues.
Support sales and senior management by preparing equipment quotes and providing technical information.
Identify and implement cost-saving solutions for both internal operations and customer applications.
Provide staffing support for new and existing production applications.
Evaluate, analyze, and review contractor quotes for projects.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
Travel to equipment vendors to assess and evaluate new technologies.
Assist with production line assembly and setup.
Advanced technical degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree.
Solid expertise in electrical engineering and system controls.
Background in mechanical engineering and system dynamics.
Ability to read, interpret, and analyze business documents, technical procedures, journals, and regulatory materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and present findings to management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven project management skills.
Ability to perform calculations such as discounts, interest, area, and volume.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Outlook, and AutoCAD. #JDP
