Responsibilities:
- Managing capital improvement projects (paving, drainage, amenity additions, etc.)
- Managing water and sewer line and treatment plant upgrade projects for our 65+ privately owned water and wastewater treatment facilities and 70+ lift stations, from concept to construction completion
- Assisting with due diligence for commercial property acquisition
Requirements:- Bachelors of Science in Civil, Structural, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred; other technical degrees may be acceptable with appropriate experience
- 4+ years' experience in engineering/project management is preferred
- Professional Engineer License preferred; candidates without PE License may be accepted with suitable professional experience
- Ability to travel to project sites is required - approximately 25% with some overnight travel
- Experience with land development and construction management is preferred
- Experience with water and sewage systems is preferred
- Experience in operations or design of wastewater package plants and private well systems a plus is preferred
- Experience with roadway design, survey, and environmental permitting is preferred
