Description

Project EngineerAssist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing multifamily construction projects. Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project alignment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Support project managers in resolving technical challenges and coordinating resources. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders as needed.A successful Project Engineer should have: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of construction experience in the general contracting space. A strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Competitive annual salary up to $95,000 USD.
