Job TitleConstruction Project ManagerAbout Our ClientOur client is a nationally recognised commercial construction organisation known for delivering complex, high-quality projects across multiple sectors. The company has built a reputation for developing talent, fostering collaboration, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.Job DescriptionSupport project managers and superintendents throughout the entire project lifecycle. Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale multifamily construction projects. Manage and track project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders. Coordinate communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Monitor project schedules and help ensure key milestones are achieved. Assist with procurement activities and material tracking. Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting documentation. Review construction drawings and specifications to support project execution. Track project progress and help identify potential schedule or budget challenges. Support quality control and jobsite safety initiatives. Assist with project closeout activities, punch list management, and final documentation. Exposure to ground-up construction projects is highly desirable. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
