Job Title: Project Engineer, Nuclear QA
Location: Corvallis, OR

Responsibilities:
- Support company/client projects by representing quality assurance in planning, coordination, and project execution related to nuclear QA.
- Act as a central point of contact between the QA team and internal/external stakeholders for quality and process issues.
- Develop and maintain quality requirements traceability matrices and incorporate them into project activities.
- Manage first-of-a-kind issues and adapt to evolving project demands, ensuring quality activities are accurately reflected in work plans.
- Proactively identify project issues and challenges, escalate as necessary, and coordinate cross-functional quality-related activities.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for efficient project quality operations.
- Support project risk assessment and mitigation activities.
- Coordinate quality responses to customer requests for information and marketing activities.
- Engage with project teams and management to manage cross-functional quality interfaces.

MINIMUM SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in a technical field from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: At least 8 years in quality assurance with broad responsibilities, including experience leading quality efforts on large projects and developing requirement traceability matrices.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with ASME NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and experience with ISO 9001 and international quality standards is a plus.
- Industry Requirements: Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.
- Physical Demands: Ability to communicate effectively via phone, in person, and using computers; sit, stand, walk, and perform routine physical activities; travel locally and nationally as needed.
