Project Engineer - One of VT's Top GC's - Projects up to $25M+!

My client is seeking a Project Engineer with 0-4 years of experience to support multiple construction projects and work closely with the Project Management team. Ideal candidates are motivated and interested in long-term growth, with opportunities to advance into project management roles.

Description

• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
• Maintain project documentation and track progress using company systems
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with superintendents to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Contribute to problem-solving and process improvement across projects

Profile

• 0-4 years of relevant construction experience (open to all backgrounds)
• Motivated and eager to learn
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related technical field preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Job Offer
