Job TitleLead End-to-End Program Management for New Product LaunchesJob DescriptionLead end-to-end program management for new product launches. Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and suppliers. Own APQP execution through to successful PPAP approval. Build and manage project timelines, budgets, and customer updates. Drive tooling design, mold build, and validation activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and resolve issues quickly. Spot risks early and take action before they become problems. Support quoting, design for manufacturability, and feasibility reviews. Travel to customer and supplier sites as needed. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field. 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in plastic injection molding. Proven experience managing complex tooling programs and product launches. Strong understanding of APQP and PPAP processes. Hands-on experience with mold design, build, sampling, and validation. Proficient in SolidWorks or a similar parametric CAD platform. Familiar with ERP or MRP systems, IQMS experience is a plus.
