They partner closely with customers to deliver parts that meet exact specifications, while keeping production efficient and scalable.Job DescriptionLead end-to-end program management for new product launchesAct as the main technical point of contact for customers and suppliersOwn APQP execution through to successful PPAP approvalBuild and manage project timelines, budgets, and customer updatesDrive tooling design, mold build, and validation activitiesCoordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and resolve issues quicklySpot risks early and take action before they become problemsSupport quoting, design for manufacturability, and feasibility reviewsTravel to customer and supplier sites as neededContribute to cost reduction efforts using new technology and automationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
