    Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to support their project management team. This role is integral to the successful execution of HVAC/MEP projects, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and communication across all project phases.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage jobsite documentation including RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, and submittals
    • Oversee jobsite logistics such as office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork
    • Coordinate deliveries of equipment and materials
    • Assemble project estimates and budgets
    • Manage subcontractors and vendors
    • Attend and participate in project meetings
    • Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts
    • Update and maintain project schedules
    • Perform craft productivity tracking

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in an HVAC/MEP Project Engineering role
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in learning and applying technical concepts
    • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
    • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrates diplomacy and tact when collaborating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Project
