    Project Engineer / Supervisor

    Due Diligence Partners

    Location: Nationwide Travel
    Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based
Compensation: $105,000+ annually based on experience

Due Diligence Partners, the leading due diligence firm specializing in the manufactured housing and RV parks, is seeking a highly analytical, self-directed Project Engineer / Supervisor to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or project management who thrive in the field, operate independently, and take pride in identifying risks others overlook.

    Position Overview

As a Project Engineer / Supervisor, you are the eyes and ears on the ground during active acquisitions. You will travel extensively to manufactured housing and RV park properties across the United States, conducting detailed physical and operational assessments that directly influence multi-million-dollar investment decisions.

This is not a routine inspection role. We are looking for professionals who investigate thoroughly, ask deeper questions, connect the dots, and deliver clear, actionable findings our clients can trust.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive on-site inspections of manufactured housing communities and RV parks
    • Walk every lot and document deficiencies with detailed severity assessments
    • Evaluate infrastructure systems, utilities, drainage, roadways, and park-owned structures
    • Coordinate with licensed third-party vendors, including electricians, plumbers, sewer specialists, and utility operators
    • Conduct interviews with property managers and on-site staff to identify operational concerns and hidden risks
    • Visit comparable properties to assess local market conditions and competitive positioning
    • Break large-scale engagements into organized milestones and manage projects through completion
    • Compile clear, thorough, and professional reports used for investment committee submissions and acquisition negotiations
    •  Represent the company professionally with sellers, property managers, contractors, and investor groups
    •  Identify deferred maintenance, operational issues, and potential deal risks that could materially impact asset value

    Why Join Due Diligence Partners

    • High-Impact Work: Your findings directly influence investment decisions and help clients avoid costly mistakes. The work you do matters.
    • Nationwide Travel & Variety: No two properties are alike. You’ll work across diverse markets and gain exposure to a wide range of asset conditions and operational environments.
    • Competitive Compensation: Base compensation starts at $90,000+ annually, with additional earning potential for team members who take on additional projects and responsibilities.
    • Entrepreneurial Environment: We are a fast-growing company that values initiative, problem-solving, and innovation.
    • Strong Operational Support: Our internal support team assists with report production and project coordination while you focus on field execution and analysis.

    Fantastic Benefits including:

    • Health Insurance
    • Paid Time Off
    • Career Growth Opportunities
    • Travel Benefits
    • Exposure to High-Level Real Estate Investment Operations

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, infrastructure systems, utilities, and property operations
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • Ability to independently manage large, complex field assignments under tight timelines
    • Strong investigative instincts and a proactive problem-solving mindset
    • Exceptional attention to detail and risk identification abilities
    • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of integrity and accountability
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute beyond the job description
    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing quality or accuracy
    • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75% travel)

    Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Equivalent hands-on experience in construction supervision, infrastructure assessment, property inspections, or related industries will also be considered.
