With an in-house team of skilled carpenters and a close-knit project management group, we bring unmatched control, quality, andcare to every job.We're looking for a Construction Project Engineer who's ready to grow with us—someone who takes ownership, pays attention to the details, and wants to be part of a team that builds with pride.What You'll Do:As a Project Engineer, you'll be a key member of the project team, supporting our Project Managers and Superintendents from pre-construction through final closeout. You'll help keep schedules moving, subcontractors informed, and documentation organized—playing a vital role in delivering projects on time and on budget.Key responsibilities:Assist with quantity takeoffs, bid packages, and subcontractor/vendor coordinationHelp prepare scopes of work and preliminary project schedulesSupport estimating and planning for materials, labor, and self-performed workProject CoordinationMaintain and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and drawing revisionsSupport procurement and delivery of materials and toolsCommunicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teamsHelp manage jobsite logistics and documentation in coordination with the SuperintendentAttend project meetings and support quality control processesCloseout & Wrap-UpAssist with punch list development and follow-throughCompile as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and other closeout materialsEnsure project files are clean, current, and completeWhat We're Looking ForWe're not focused on degrees; we're focused on attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
