What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Traction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in project management or leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of system integration, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to inspire teams and drive results.
• Expertise in traction systems and rail industry standards is desirable but not mandatory.
