Description
Project Engineering Manager Overhead Transmission Lines
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Oversee engineering design, execution, and quality for complex projects.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.
Support client engagement, proposal preparation, and pursuit efforts.
Provide technical guidance and drive innovative solutions for project challenges.
Supervise and mentor engineering staff, ensuring effective team performance.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering (P.E. license preferred).
5+ years of experience managing overhead transmission line or EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of PLS-CADD, structural design, and transmission line systems.
Understanding of procurement, permitting, and construction coordination.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
