Project Engineering Manager Overhead Transmission Lines

Type: Full-Time 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering design, execution, and quality for complex projects.

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.

• Support client engagement, proposal preparation, and pursuit efforts.

• Provide technical guidance and drive innovative solutions for project challenges.

• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, ensuring effective team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (P.E. license preferred).

• 5+ years of experience managing overhead transmission line or EPC projects.

• Strong knowledge of PLS-CADD, structural design, and transmission line systems.

• Understanding of procurement, permitting, and construction coordination.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
