Project Engineering Manager Substation

Type: Full-Time 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams on large-scale substation projects.

• Manage design quality, schedules, budgets, and resource planning.

• Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate with clients, support proposals, and contribute to business development.

• Mentor and develop engineering staff while maintaining project accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering; P.E. license preferred.

• 5+ years of experience managing substation or switchyard EPC/design projects.

• Strong understanding of substation layout, protection and control systems, civil/structural design, and major equipment.

• Knowledge of project coordination including procurement, permitting, and construction support.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
