Employees benefit from a collaborative culture, strong leadership, and exceptional opportunities for career growth as the company continues to expand its operations and capabilities.Job DescriptionLead the planning, prioritization, and execution of engineering and capital projects.Manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Develop project scopes, schedules, timelines, and resource plans.Prepare and present business cases for capital expenditures and operational improvements.Oversee equipment installations, commissioning activities, start-up testing, and system integration.Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, safety, and production teams to achieve successful project outcomes.Develop equipment specifications, RFQs, and evaluate vendor proposals.Support facility expansions, equipment relocations, and manufacturing process improvements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.Mentor and develop engineers while fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment.Support risk assessments, validation activities, and engineering documentation.Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting complex manufacturing equipment and processes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
