    Project Engineering Manager - Water/Wastewater About the job Project Engineering Manager - Water/Wastewater Key Responsibilities Project Execution Prepare complex engineering deliverables for large or multiple concurrent projectsConduct research to support equipment and material selectionPerform complex engineering calculations using established methods and standardsDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplinesLead production teams, coordinate cross-discipline activities, and serve as Engineer of Record or Responsible Charge as applicableClient Interface Identify key client priorities and project drivers for moderately complex assignmentsCommunicate client concerns to project teams and develop effective technical solutionsSupport business development, proposals, and pursuit activitiesManage project changes directly with clients under the guidance of the Project ManagerTechnical Leadership Lead large, multi-discipline teams to successfully meet project deliverablesProvide technical input and guidance for complex water and wastewater treatment projectsDrive innovative, practical solutions to meet project objectivesManagement Responsibilities Review and provide oversight of engineering work performed by junior staffMentor team members and support performance management and professional developmentPreferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) licenseProven experience delivering multi-discipline water and wastewater treatment plant (WTP/WWTP) upgrades and expansion projectsMinimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited institutionMinimum of 5 years of related professional experienceAbility to successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, which may include background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record reviews, in compliance with applicable laws and regulationsWork Environment / Physical Demands Hybrid or flexible work arrangements may be available after the first 90 days, based on business needs, performance, and manager discretionProlonged periods of sitting, standing, and computer useAbility to effectively use video and audio conferencing tools for internal and external collaboration#J-18808-Ljbffr
