At North American Fence & Railing Inc., we're hiring a full-time Project Estimator to create and submit competitive proposals for prospective construction jobs. We're based in Oakland, CA, but we cover the entire San Francisco Bay Area. PROJECT ESTIMATOR COMPENSATION

• Earning potential of $60,000 - $80,000/year, depending on base pay and performance incentives

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

Our ideal Project Estimator is bilingual in English and Spanish, but it's not a requirement. Experience is highly desired, but we're willing to work with people who have the right drive and motivation to excel. You'll need:

• Ability to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday and serve the San Francisco Bay Area
• Some training, experience, or familiarity with construction
• Honest, reliable work ethic and an open mind for learning more
• Self-starter, low maintenance, "can-do" mentality
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to complete high-quality work independently and without supervision
• Valid driver's license
• Legal U.S. residency and fluent English communication skills
• Desire for a permanent, full-time position

HOW TO APPLY

Our Project Estimator is responsible for:

• Speaking with prospective clients about their projects and documenting the major details
• Accurately reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Producing takeoffs and accurate cost estimates
• Preparing and submitting proposals
• Tackling additional duties as assigned
