We are currently looking for a Project Execution & Technical Support Engineer (English Speaker).

This is a full-time and on-site position.

A job that matters: Your Tasks

You implement, commission, and support dormakaba Access Control, Automatic Doors, Turnstiles, and Hotel Locking solutions, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Perform on-site and remote installation, configuration, commissioning, testing, and firmware/software updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and database issues; document support cases and escalate complex ones to Global Technical Support.
• Act as technical liaison between customers, partners, and internal teams (Sales, PM, Logistics, Procurement, Global Technical Support).
• Support Pre-Sales in quotations and tenders, and contribute to solution design and implementation planning.
• Deliver training to end users and partners.
• Prepare and maintain installation guides, commissioning reports, technical specifications, and handover documents.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in software installation, commissioning, and technical support, including Windows/Windows Server, SQL Server, and TCP/IP networking.
• Knowledge of Access Control, Automatic Doors, Turnstiles, Hotel Locking Systems, or CAD software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; customer-oriented and able to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Well-organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Good command of English; Russian or Arabic is a strong advantage.
