Project executives carry the P&L - you own the client, you own the margin, and the PMs under you win or lose on how you set them up. Our client, a respected New England builder with a deep pipeline, is adding one. You'll run a portfolio of projects end to end: client relationships, financial performance, staffing decisions, and the judgment calls a contract can't cover. You've delivered $50M+ portfolios, kept clients coming back, and built PMs into leaders. Conversations are confidential - your current employer never hears from us.
